Registration Fees

• Registration fees, monthly fees, additional fees and payment dates:
• The registration fee is estimated at 1000 riyals, paid once, in addition to the monthly fee is 3000 riyals per month, including official and weekly holidays.
• Fees are paid in advance before the 3rd day of each calendar month.
• In the event that the child is absent from nursery, the guardian has no right to claim compensation days or deduction from the fees.
• Fees can be paid in the semester for those who wish, with a value of 7500 riyals per term (3 months). In addition, they are paid in advance at the beginning of each semester.
• Sibling discount: we are pleased to offer a discount for the sibling of 5% of the monthly installment.

Custody fee structure:-

Child withdrawal rules from custody:-

• The full amount will be returned to the guardian if the child withdraws one week before the start of the installment entitlement for an urgent reason, he/ she is prohibited from being in Qatar with proof.
• Deducting 30% of the total fees paid for the monthly installment if the child withdraws during the first week of the month.
• Deducting 50% of the total fees paid for the monthly installment if the child withdraws during the second week of the month.
• The child’s guardian is not entitled to refund the fees paid two weeks after the start of the study for the academic year.

Termination of child enrollment from nursery school

Toddlers Town has the right to terminate the enrollment of a child if:-

• Perpetrating bad behavior on a continuous basis.
• Infection with an infectious disease.
• If the child’s guardian is late in completing the documents and taking the necessary procedures to enroll his/ her child in the nursery.
• If the child’s guardian refuses to pay the financial dues or part thereof after one month of the child’s joining the nursery.

Payment methods and fees payment:

1. Pay cash.
2. Paying by Cheque in the name of “Toddlers Town”
3. Paying by bank transfer to the following account:
