General policy for registration and admission ………..
The nursery admits children from the age of two months to less than four years, according to Law No. (1) of 2014 to organize nurseries (from two months to less than four years), provided that the registration is in the presence of the child and his/ her guardian with the registration form filled out.
Admission philosophy:
Toddlers Town is based on the following conditions for admitting the child-:
- Availability of a vacant seat for the child:
The nursery is obligated to admit a maximum of 25 children per class.
- Suitability of nursery programs
The nursery management is considering the child’s needs and the appropriateness of the programs available on the nursery.
Admission criteria:
Toddlers Town is committed to applying the following priorities when admitting children to reach the required number in each class:
- Children who had previously enrolled in nursery.
- Siblings/ brothers of children registered in or returning to nursery.
Requirements for admission to the nursery:-
- The registration form must be completely filled out by the parent or legal guardian.
- The following documents for the child should be submitted:
- Birth certificate
- a copy of the passport
- The vaccination record
- 4 photographs of the child
- Health record
The following documents for parents should be submitted:-
- A copy of the following documents relating to the father: passport, ID card, and residence permit for foreigners.
- A copy of the following documents relating to the mother: passport, ID card, and residence permit for foreigners.
Children with special needs
Toddlers Town does not provide special programs for children with special needs, therefore, the nursery maintains the legal right not to admitting children with special emotional, behavioral, or educational needs.
